A Message From the Founder
“My journey as an educator began long before I became one by profession.”
I was just nine years old when I received my first blackboard — and from that moment on, I taught everyone I could find: my siblings, friends, neighbours, anyone willing to sit and learn. Life later took me to New York as a CPA and tax accountant, but becoming a mother brought me back to my earliest calling — teaching.
As I watched my child learn through music, stories, books, art, and endless play, I realised something deeply powerful: play is the true work of childhood. Children don’t learn in spite of play — they learn because of it.
Tiny Tribes was born from this realisation and a heartfelt desire to build a community of like-minded parents, teachers, and schools who believe in creative, joyful learning. Today, Tiny Tribes has touched the lives of thousands of families, educators, and schools, and our dream is to reach every city, town, and village in India.
Because when children learn through play, they don’t just grow academically — they grow into confident, expressive, joyful human beings.

Who can join Tiny Tribes teacher training programs?
Our training programs are designed for pre-primary and primary teachers, early childhood educators, school coordinators, and anyone working with children in the foundational years (ages 2–8). Prior special training is not required.
Do I need prior experience in play-based or creative teaching?
No. Our programs are suitable for both beginners and experienced teachers. We start with core concepts and gradually build confidence in play, storytelling, music, and creative classroom practices.
Are the training programs practical and classroom-ready?
Yes. All our training sessions focus on hands-on, practical strategies that teachers can immediately apply in their classrooms. You will receive tools, activities, and ready-to-use lesson ideas.
Do you provide curriculum or teaching materials?
Yes. Teachers can purchase structured curriculum and access ready-to-use modules, which can be used during school hours or as after-school enrichment programs.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
Yes. Certification is provided for selected workshops and training programs. Details are shared during enrollment and through our Teacher WhatsApp Community.
